Building upgrades can increase the attribute bonuses provided by buildings.

Building upgrades require silver coins.&#x20;

The maximum level for buildings is level 10.

**City Maintenance**

Cities require a certain number of soldiers to operate normally.&#x20;

If the number of soldiers is not enough, the production speed of silver coins and the speed of troop training will be reduced.&#x20;

***The decay coefficient = Current number of soldiers / Target number of soldiers, with a maximum value of 1 and a minimum value of 0.8.***
